Self Awareness –recognition of ‘self’, our character, values, strengths, weakness, desires, likes, dislikes, etc.

—Self-awareness is ‘knowing oneself’.—Self awareness is the journey to know, identify, and explore our inner self.—The ability to introspect, analyze and accept one’s thoughts, actions, and feelings—Recognizing and acknowledging one’s needs and desires.—Self Awareness is called the mother of all skills.—Self awareness can be defined as knowing ourselves and our personality and accepting oneself in spite of our imperfection.—It involves all aspects of ourselves–our thoughts, emotions, likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, fears, fantasizes, ambitions, values, priorities, goals, desires, needs, etc.
Why is it important? 
—  Developing self-awareness is important for better relationships and for a more fulfilling life, both in the workplace and at home.—  Having self-awareness allows you to see where your thoughts and emotions are taking you.— Help us to recognize when we are stressed or under pressure.
What is Self?
—Self is  set of traits, values, a concept that one possesses.—Self is the totality of one’s ego, I, oneself, persona, person, identity, character, personality, psyche, soul, spirit, mind, intellect, inner self, one’s innermost feelings, one’s heart of hearts.
